Terms of Use

I know it's boring........, but read my terms. :)

No AS IS selling allowed with anything!

GENERAL
- You must have a family friendly website
- I reserve the right to change those terms of use without notice and to refuse membership.
- If one of my terms is not respected, I reserved the right to delete your membership without notice and no refund will be making.
- You cannot share your login and password with anybody.
- You must put my logo on your site and link back to http://www.bettemspixels.de in 7 days after joining, I will verify it.
- You must keep my logo on your site even if your membership was expired if you continue to use my creations.
- It's forbidden to share anything in share groups.
- If you have a personal member area, you must give to me Login and Password only to check if all my terms are respected.
- I only accept PayPal.
- No refund, if you are not pleased.
- You must have following scripts:No right click, No drag code and No toolbar. You can find on Dynamic Drive.
- Updates are not regularly, but I try to upload one update per month.

OUTLINES
- After colouring you can use it for: IM letter, sign tags and web sets
- You can use your result for free or for sell

Links:
- IM letter: You must put a link to my site on every letter made with my outlines.
- Sign tags: You must put a link to my site on every page where are the sigtags that you made with my outlines
- Web sets: You must put a link to my site on each web set that you made with my outlines.

You cannot:
- Make tubes or graphics (except if you bought a tube license)
- Make tutorials (except if you bought a tube license)
- Modify the outlines.
- Tell it's your work.
- Sell the outlines.
- Offer the outlines in your site, CD or others.
- Share the outlines in groups like Yahoo, Google, MSN etc...

TUBE LICENSE
- Your license is personal and you can't share it with anybody.
- The tube license is a lifetime license but you must have an active membership to tube my outlines.
- You must put my logo with link back on your site

You can:
- Make tubes from the outlines to offer in your member area or to sell

Links:
- You must put a link to my site on every page where are tubes that you made with the outlines

You cannot:
- Share tubes in groups like: Yahoo, Google, MSN etc..

TUBES
- You can use my tubes for: IM letter, sign tags, adoptions and web sets.
- You must add something (other tubes, text) to my tubes before offer
- You can use your creations from my tubes for free or for sell

Links:
- IM letter: You must put a link to my site on every letter made with my tubes.
- Sign tags: You must put a link to my site on every page where are the sign tags that you made with my tubes.
- Web sets: You must put a link to my site on each web sets that you made with my tubes.

You cannot:
- Sell my tubes.
- Offer my tubes in your site, CD or others.
- Share my tubes in groups like Yahoo, Google, MSN etc...
- Modify my tubes
- Tell it's your work.
- Use my tubes to make outlines.

AS IS TUBEN and AS IS OUTLINES (in the member area)
-No tubing without tube license
-Please read the terms of the tube and outline artists and my terms
-You must give credit and link back to the tube and outline artist and to my site
-You can only use them as end use products, not use them AS IS as well.

SIGN TAGS, IM LETTERS
- You can use my sign tags and IM letters in private emails or emails on groups as Yahoo, Google, MSN etc..
- They must stay as they are

Links:
- You must put a link to my site on every page where are my sign tags.
- You must put a link back to my site when using my IM letters / sign tags in the emails you send private or to groups.

You cannot:
- Modify my sign tags and IM letters.
- Tell it's your work.
- Sell my sign tags, IM letters.
- Offer my sign tags, IM letters in your site, CD or others.
- Share my sign tags and IM letters in groups like Yahoo, Google, MSN etc...

My AS IS TUBES
- You can place my AS IS tubes in your password protected member area.
- Your members can only use them as end use products, they may not use them AS IS as well.
- You must put my AS IS logo and a link to my site on each site you place my tubes AS IS.
- When your members use my AS IS tubes they must link to my site.
- You may not resell them.
